12 Men Becomes 13

Look at the picture below. Count the number of men that appear, wait for about 5 seconds and when it changes count the number of men again.




How is this possible?

The 13th man is made up of the "remains" of the other 12. Notice that in the second image the men are smaller and the first one is missing some hair.
